LUCENA CITY – A motorcycle rider died after his vehicle crashed into the wet and slippery road on a rainy Sunday, Dec. 8, in Infanta, Quezon, police said.
The Quezon police reported that Renz Bataluna, 23, was traversing an uphill section of the wet road in Barangay (village) Binulasan around 12:18 a.m.

The police did not say whether or not Bataluna was wearing a crash helmet, which is required by the Motorcycle Helmet Act of 2009.
